necessities. Therefore, if the consumer looks for quality,
should have quality in the elaborating companies and if these
companies look for quality should have quality in the
agricultural producers.
This context makes that the elaborating companies are at the

technical specifications of the grains that should be used for
the obtaining of certain products, since that the final quality
depends of the same ones
